All Time High

So, I weighed myself the other day and was 180 lbs. An all time high. It's rediculous. I don't fit into my pants very well anymore. I've added at least 2 inches around my waist. And I'm not one to buy clothes for myself when all my clothes are in relatively good order, so...
So, I'm determined to start again. As of yesterday, May 11, I am pursuing the P90X program...again. Every morning I awake at 6:00 am and work out until Jonah wakes ups. I will watch him (in his play thing) until my routine is almost finished, I'll warn Katie that I'm almost done and then when I am done, together, we'll all go for a morning walk.
The last two days have been great and as of this morning I am down to 175. I know, water weight. Well, anyway, it's better than 180.

No memories...

President Thomas S. Monson stated in October 2008 that "there is no tomorrow to remember if we don't do something today."
I've decided that this year is definitely my year to do things. Not "things" in general...okay, those too, but things that I would otherwise put off until tomorrow, next week, or for someone else to do for me. I have numerous friends and family members that exemplify actionable persons. They do things. They say they're going to do things and they do them. My brother, Russ, for example, just ran 52 half-marathons in 2008 because that was his new year's resolution. That's the guy I want to be. So, what am I going to do right now? Well, for starters, I'm going to start running again. And riding my bike. I've been sedentary--even since declaring my resolution to work out 3 days a week during 2009.
So, change is still accessible and I'm going to take advantage of that. More things are yet to be declared, but this suffices for now.
What are you going to do today?
